I had a beautiful weekend at Wallaroo on retreat with Christine. Got the opportunity to meet a great group of wonderful women, all with different life experiences. Christine facilitated bringing us together and it was a good opportunity to partake in relaxing yoga with Donna, inside for medium readings with Dianne Golding, fabulous massage with Carly and chakra
cleanses journaling and meditation with Christine herself. A great opportunity to practice mindfulness reconnect to self the meals were fresh and nutritious and the views overlooking the incredible blue waters of North Beach were amazing. I really enjoyed it.
